What story first hooked you as a reader?

I was so hooked on reading from kindergarten. I read and read and read. At that age I loved fairytales and fables. I constantly had a book in my hands as I grew up.

When did you know you first HAD to write?

I wrote my first poem in kindergarten and have loved writing ever since. As I grew older, I wanted to write books readers could get lost in, like I get lost in a good book. I wanted to touch lives.

What excites you most about your current work-in-progress?

I just finished writing a novel about a U.S. Deputy Marshal and a woman in WITSEC. It’s romantic suspense with nonstop action. I love writing action! The book is titled Exposed Target. I don’t have an exact release date, but it’s going into mass market in 2018.

What’s the most common ‘theme’ found in your stories?

Love conquers anything that stands in the way of the hero and heroine finding love and a future together.
