Must Three Be a Crowd? His & Hers & Hers #NewRelease #TeaserTuesday @ngwngroup

Good morning, everyone! Nona Raines here. So happy you could join me for Teaser Tuesday–today I want to share some news about my upcoming re-release His & Hers & Hers. It’s a menage romance featuring a couple who falls for their best friend. Though the story will not release officially until November 22, I am offering a *free* advance copy to a random commenter over at the Nice Girls Writing Naughty Facebook Group! Join me there for a chance to win!

Kyla Denster and Jordan Brougham are passionately in love. Kyla knows she’s lucky to have a guy who uses all his tricks to keep her happy in and out of bed. Jordan knows he’s lucky to have such a hot, adventurous girlfriend.

But neither of them knows that their best friend, Cassie DeSantis, wants them both. Cassie’s painful past has taught her not to wear her heart on her sleeve.  She keeps quiet, afraid that revealing her feelings would mean losing the two people she cares for most.  Things change one night when an impulsive kiss leads to the three of them spending an incredibly hot night together.

When the couple wants more of Cassie, problems arise from disapproving family and Cassie’s inability to lower her guard. Their triad relationship will only survive if they all stand together to prove that three is the perfect number—when all three are in love.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a re-release of a previously published title which has been expanded and re-edited.

Here’s an excerpt:

Jordan stepped to the door of the consignment shop, fastened the lock, and turned the OPEN sign to CLOSED. “There you go.” He faced her again, grinning.

He was adorable when he smiled. Adorable any time. Cassie could spend an hour just looking at him. His frame was muscular but lithe. His wavy, brown hair was a bit too long, brushing his collar in back. He had the most amazing green eyes and a slight cleft in his chin that almost begged to be touched.

And there was his smile. It always hitched up higher in one corner as though he was in on some joke that the rest of the world had missed. Cassie’s pulse always sped up a bit when he fixed that smile on her.

Get it together. He belongs to Kyla.

And Ky belonged to him. Kyla, who topped five feet by only a couple of inches but seemed larger than life. Her curves were too ample for current fashion, but Kyla didn’t give a rip. She ate what she wanted, said what she thought, and did whatever the hell suited her. Cassie, with her lanky frame and dishwater-blonde hair, felt washed out and dull next to her dark-haired, full-figured, full of sass best friend.

That best friend marched through the store as though she owned it, not waiting for permission to go behind the counter. A plastic bag was looped around her wrist.

“What’s that?” Cassie asked.

“Clothing.” Kyla’s brown eyes swept Cassie’s tall form in a critical fashion. “What are you wearing tonight?”

“She means for your big date.” Jordan rubbed his hands together and waggled his eyebrows like the villain in an old-time movie.

A flush heated Cassie’s face. “Big date. We’re meeting for drinks, that’s all.”

“And we’re here to make sure you don’t chicken out,” Kyla said.

Cassie held back a sigh. They knew her too well. She had been waffling on this date thing all day, tempted to cancel out.

“Listen, this will be good for you,” Ky added. “A chance for you to get out of your comfort zone.”

Yeah, right. What had possessed her to sign up at Find the One website for singles? Loneliness and boredom, she supposed, with an extra helping of self-pity. She’d been sitting alone in her apartment one night in her grungy sweats, watching reruns on TV, munching stale corn chips, and feeling like the only single person on the planet. Jordan and Kyla had each other. Everyone had someone it seemed—except her. Solitary spinsterhood loomed over her like a monster in a horror movie. She was on the road to being a crazy cat lady without the cats.

So in that moment of insanity, she’d gone online, signed up, created a profile, and uploaded a picture. Let the games begin.

When she came to her senses a few days later, she mentioned it jokingly to Jordan and Ky, thinking they’d all have a laugh. To her shock, they thought it was a great idea, and even wanted to help winnow through some of the prospects that popped up.

Somehow whole thing snowballed and there seemed no way for Cassie to back out without confessing the truth to her friends: she’d already found “the one.” Actually, the two.

But Kyla and Jordan saw her only as a friend. She couldn’t tell them her feelings for both of them ran deeper. How could she risk losing their friendship?
